Michael
The hotel is conveniently located near a temple, which adds a cultural touch to the surroundings. it is situated not far from Diamond Plaza, a bustling commercial area where you can find a variety of shops and establishments. The hotel is positioned on the intersection of two major roads, making it easily accessible and well-connected to other parts of the city.
There were occasional instances of noise from neighboring air conditioning units, which disrupted the overall tranquility of the hotel.

I greatly enjoyed large and stylish room in this hotel.
Location: the hotel was adjacent to a grocery store and the train station and easy taxi to attractions. Even though some of the staff were amateur, I had a nice stay.

Location so close to the bus station, the shopping mall in 10 minutes and a long day sightseeing. Satisfactory breakfast, decent food. Amiable and supper friendly stuff at all times.

The rooftop bar at Sanctuary Hotel was amazing, providing a stunning panoramic view of the city. The free cocktail included with each stay was a delightful touch. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of choices and offered great value for money. The employees were friendly and always eager to assist with any requests.

I was happy with hotel's particularly good location central to Mandalay nightlife. Location: the venue was just off a grocery store as well as the railway station and large shopping plaza. A few times I ate at Yunnan Ii, located relatively near the hotel. Booked a room with tub.

Great rooftop bar with free cocktails and breakfast buffet was impressive with plenty of variety. The staff were always smiling and helpful.
The location was quite far from main attractions and the constant noise from the nearby religious chants and bright hotel lights kept us up at night. The room was not well soundproofed.

Friendly staff, great rooftop view, delicious food, comfortable rooms, convenient location.
All was perfect.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient as it's close to the train station and the royal area. Next door to the hotel is a temple which plays religious chants nonstop, which initially we thought was interesting, but we didn't realize how loud it would be. The staff is friendly and breakfast options are quite extensive. The rooftop bar with its view of the city is a plus point.
The payment process for the hotel was quite problematic, and it seemed like management could have handled it better.

This hotel in Mandalay was great during my Myanmar journey. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and the location was very convenient, close to the Golden Pagoda. The service was good and the breakfast had a good selection.
The hotel is located on a busy road, so it can be a bit noisy in the mornings.

This hotel is located along main 78th street, which makes it really convenient for exploring the city. Despite being right next to a very noisy street, the rooms are surprisingly quiet. I stayed on the 1st floor and had no issues with noise whatsoever. The staff here are really friendly and attentive to all needs. They made sure that I had everything I needed during my stay. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with all the facilities that you may need. I particularly enjoyed having a room with a bathtub, it was a nice addition to my stay. Breakfast at this hotel was superb, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
All was ok, but the hotel could improve the English skills of the staff.

The service was top-notch and the breakfast they served was the best I've ever had in Myanmar. The rooms were spotless and the beds were super comfy. I also loved the hotel's location, as it was close to downtown and within walking distance of many attractions. The view from the rooftop was phenomenal, and the entertainment provided on Easter was entertaining. Plus, the staff was kind and accommodating to us. We were lucky to have a room with a decent size.
Our stay here was soured by the noise from the street, which went on throughout the night. , there were hardly any vegetarian options, which was a bummer.
